Profound Results meets with your Executive leadership team or intact work group(s) during one-day, two-day, or three-day workshop retreats designed to provide practical tools and techniques for meeting real workplace challenges.

Three-Part Progression:

• Assessment: We work with team members to identify unique environmental conditions, specific needs and individual concerns through interviews that collect “climate survey” data.
• Design: The data collected from this informal survey process helps the team make mutual decisions on how best to achieve organizational goals while meeting the needs of individual team members.
• Implementation: Profound Results facilitates and delivers a customized program that addresses needs that have been identified by the “climate survey”. A facilitated offsite session allows individuals to express individual viewpoints and achieve group consensus.
