Suzanne Elshult is the principal of HR Now a leadership development and coaching practice, which includes executive coaching and facilitation of roundtables for senior leaders. Suzanne is a seasoned executive, coach and facilitator with 20 plus years senior management experience in a variety of industries and organizations. Her particular expertise is in organizational and interpersonal effectiveness, strategic thinking and learning systems.

As the founder of several roundtables for senior human resources and marketing executives, Suzanne regularly meets to develop learning communities and share “best practices” with leading practitioners from a variety of industries.
