Robert L. Ness

Robert L. Ness is Principal and President of Ness Consulting. Bob has over 30 years of consultation experience in a wide range of complex contexts and projects. Consultation includes a diverse client base in public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His consulting practice is primarily at executive and Board levels of organizations, specializing in the areas of strategic planning, leadership transition, executive coaching, team development, organizational culture and design, conflict management, negotiation training, and international projects.

Bob’s international consulting and/or training has included the Soviet Union/NIS, Eastern Europe, Viet Nam, Mongolia, China, Jordan, North Africa and the Near East. Recent US State Dept. projects in the Russian Far East (Vladivostok) focused on training in conflict management, diversity, and community leadership and comparative governance.
